AAU COMPETITION GYMNASTICS

Flip City Gymnastics is excited to provide AAU Gymnastics Competition Team training. We provide a strong platform for gymnasts to participate in a competitive environment that focuses on fun, participation and personal growth, leaving out the intense and pounding competitiveness of elite-level gymnastics. AAU offers programs ranging from beginner through advanced levels. The levels run parallel with the USA Gymnastics program, however, it provides more flexibility in requirements, allowing each gymnast to develop at their own pace.

At Flip City Gymnastics, our goal is to foster a love for the sport of gymnastics, sportsmanship, teamwork and team support. Our competition team is designed for those who truly enjoy gymnastics while making sure we have a less high-pressure environment. We take pride in every one of our gymnasts and make sure that we focus on their individual goals and successes.

We offer all AAU Competition levels: Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Number of hours and days in the gym is determined by their level. As assumed, the higher the level, the increase in hours and days.

We are EXCITED and looking forward to the 2025 Competition season.
